Cancellation policy

Any cancellations within one week of the delivery date will incur a £100 charge. However, cancellations within 48 hrs of delivery or day of delivery will incur 50% of the invoice.

Please note- If we need to accommodate any unplanned early collection requests (due to situations beyond our control like Covid or extreme weather) we cannot offer part refunds due to this, as our costs will be the same regarding delivery and collection. We hope you understand and ask for your support for our family run business.

*Please note, postcode areas within the M25 (London areas) and areas over a thirty minute travel distance will incur a one off travel surcharge. This will range between £10 to £150 maximum depending upon location and distance. This does not include toll or congestion zone charges, which will need to be added accordingly.
